During the first session of an Application of Core Resonance package, you are guided to describe the nature of your challenge the way you have been approaching it, and then begin to consider that challenge coming from your Core Resonance.
In subsequent sessions we coach you in facilitated explorations and supports you in personalizing your own ways of expressing, cultivating, and integrating your alignment relative to the challenge you are working with.
You learn how to work from your Core Resonance more effectively and consistently.
We provide ongoing coaching and support to help you customize the Core Resonance for your work systems and processes. Your Core Resonance becomes self-reinforcing.
